1. GENERAL
Any sale of Mouldshop products via the online store www.mouldshop.lv, represented by Baltic Technologies SIA, and any order delivery to the buyer (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) is carried out in accordance with these Sales and Delivery Terms until such time as they are amended in writing.
Specific purchasing terms or requirements indicated by the Buyer in their order, general purchasing conditions, procurement documents, etc., are not binding on Mouldshop unless Mouldshop has expressly and in writing confirmed acceptance of such terms.

2. ORDER / OFFER
To make purchases at www.mouldshop.lv, you must create an account containing your personal data. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
A final and binding agreement between the Buyer and Mouldshop is deemed to have been concluded only when Mouldshop has confirmed the Buyer’s written acceptance — for example, by issuing a written order confirmation electronically, through the order confirmation on the website www.mouldshop.lv, and/or by email sent to the address provided by the Buyer.
In the event of any discrepancy between the order confirmation and the Buyer’s order or acceptance, the order confirmation shall prevail. Any Mouldshop offer is made subject to prior sale. Unless otherwise stated, Mouldshop’s offer must be accepted by the Buyer no later than 15 days after the date of receipt.
If the contract does not explicitly specify a standard or quality designation, the goods supplied shall be standard commercial goods, without liability for meeting specific quality requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer is fully responsible for ensuring that the delivery can be carried out successfully by providing the complete delivery address in the order. The address must be accessible to couriers and delivery transport during regular working hours on business days.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Technical information, guidance, certificates, etc., as well as product information, illustrations, drawings, and data such as dimensions, compatibility, performance, or quality contained in brochures, PowerPoint presentations, catalogues, or other promotional materials, including the Mouldshop website, are for informational purposes only.
Mouldshop’s information is binding only if a separate written guarantee has been provided as part of the agreement between the Buyer and Mouldshop.

4. PRICES
All deliveries are made at the prices valid on the date Mouldshop sends the order confirmation, as stated in the current Mouldshop price lists, unless a fixed price has been specifically agreed in the order confirmation.
Prices indicated in offers, price lists, and order confirmations are exclusive of VAT. Costs related to delivery, special packaging, postage, and any additional services are added to the Buyer’s invoice.
Mouldshop reserves the right to change agreed prices without prior notice if terminal or transport costs, insurance, or similar expenses increase after the contract has been concluded. The same applies if the European Union or competent authorities impose binding price regulations, including minimum pricing, anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, or other special tariffs or taxes.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
All delivery times communicated by Mouldshop are approximate and non-binding, unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing for the entire or partial delivery.
Delivery takes place from Mouldshop’s warehouse.
If it is agreed that Mouldshop will send goods using a transport company chosen by the Buyer, or from another location or address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear all associated costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. In such cases, the choice of carrier and responsibility for the shipment pass to the Buyer from the moment the order leaves Mouldshop’s warehouse.
Mouldshop goods may also be delivered directly to the Buyer from the supplier’s warehouse in Denmark or another designated foreign warehouse unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the Buyer, all related transport and storage costs shall be borne by the Buyer, and Mouldshop’s representative, Baltic Technologies SIA, reserves the right to invoice for expenses related to address changes, warehousing, or return transport.
The delivery method and estimated delivery time are agreed upon when ordering each product. Delivery costs may vary depending on factors such as product weight and size.
Products available in the Danish warehouse are delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on the agreed delivery method, from Mouldshop’s warehouse in Ballerup, Denmark, unless otherwise stated on the product page at www.mouldshop.lv.
If an ordered product is not in stock, it will be delivered within a separately specified period, which will be communicated in writing and confirmed by the Buyer.
Deliveries are carried out using the UPS courier service, and for oversized or hazardous goods, other selected transport companies may be used, of which the Buyer will be notified in advance if applicable.
Orders are generally shipped as a single complete delivery. If the Buyer requires split or partial deliveries, or deliveries to different addresses, the Buyer must contact Baltic Technologies SIA (official representative of Mouldshop in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia) by sending an email to info@baltictech.lv.
Each separate delivery or address will be invoiced individually.
Mouldshop delivery methods:
• Items in stock – dispatched on the same day of order via UPS courier service.
• Partial deliveries / multiple delivery addresses – Buyer bears delivery costs for each shipment.
• Oversized or specific items – shipped via specially selected carriers.

6. PAYMENT
All prices on www.mouldshop.lv are shown in EUR excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate is added when the Buyer confirms the order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are made after advance payment by bank transfer to the account indicated in the sales documents issued by Baltic Technologies SIA. Mouldshop reserves the right to withhold or delay delivery until full payment is received.
If a post-payment term is granted, the payment period starts from the date of delivery.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If the Buyer cancels an order after it has already been dispatched, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse any losses and expenses incurred by Mouldshop or its suppliers.
Ordered goods cannot be returned. In exceptional cases, if Mouldshop agrees to accept the return of goods or part of an order, a handling fee of at least 20% of the delivered item’s price will apply. The Buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted if the product and its packaging are undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DELIVERY DEFECTS
The Buyer must immediately inspect the delivered goods upon receipt to verify compliance with the order and detect any possible defects. Mouldshop is liable only for initial defects.
If defects or damages are discovered, the Buyer must notify Mouldshop in writing without delay by emailing info@baltictech.lv, including a detailed description and supporting photographs.
Failure to submit a complaint immediately after discovering or being expected to discover a defect will void the Buyer’s right to make any claim.
Any claim for defects must be submitted within two (2) weeks after delivery. Later claims will not be considered.
Mouldshop’s liability for defects is limited to either rectifying the defect, supplying replacement goods, or granting an appropriate discount. The Buyer has no right to claim any other legal remedies or compensation for losses.

9. LIMITED LIABILITY
Regardless of the basis for a claim or the degree of negligence, Mouldshop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses such as downtime, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of expected savings.
Mouldshop’s total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Mouldshop shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances arising after the conclusion of the contract, including war, mobilization, rebellion, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, shortage of goods, supplier delays, fire, transport issues, currency restrictions, import/export limitations, governmental or EU intervention, illness, death or departure of key personnel, or other circumstances beyond Mouldshop’s control.
In such cases, Mouldshop has the right to postpone delivery until the impediment ceases.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from or related to these General Sales and Delivery Terms shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Denmark, under Danish law, excluding the CISG (Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and Danish international private law rules.

12. PERSONAL DATA AND DATA PROTECTION
Mouldshop takes your privacy seriously. All personal data collected through www.mouldshop.lv is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services, including order processing and customer support. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except as required for order fulfillment or legal obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. For more information, please refer to our Personal Data Processing Policy.
